A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND CODE
WHEREAS, Section 74.14 of the City of Richmond Code prohibits vehicles from being parked in certain areas, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to add parking on the curb or the area between the curb and sidewalk to these areas where parking is prohibited.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that Section 74.14 of the City of Richmond Code is hereby amended b y adding a new Section 74.14(k)
to read as follows:
(k) On the curb or in the area between the curb and sidewalk.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of October,1998, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
