A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE OF
THE LYNWOOD SEWER SYSTEM PROJECT AS BEING
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on September 7, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract of
$100,984.00 to Empire Pipe Cleaning & Equipment, Inc. for the Maintenance of the Lynwood Sewer
System Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on October 18, 2004, and was completed on December
27, 2004; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project on December 30, 2004, and found that all work
has been completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Maintenance of the Lynwood Sewer
System Project as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
