Special Event Application Consideration: 7th Annual I.C.E. Car Show: October 24, 2015 (9:00AM – 3:00PM) at beachfront parking lot between 14th and 15th Street
Special Event Application Consideration: Belk Young Contemporary Commercial: June 11 (2:00PM – 10:00PM) at north or south side of the Walter Parker Pier & Pavilion. Rain date will
be either June 10th or 12th.

To request the City Councils approval for reclassification a position and grade change within the Parking Division
Requesting a budget adjustment for Offshore Borrow Site Surveys. Request to move funds from Public Works Infrastructure to Beach Operations/Maintenance
Paving Project: Staff recommends lowest responsible bidder – Carroll and Carroll for $111,650 to pave the following streets and parking lot:
6th Street beachside
2nd Street beachside
South Campbell
TIPD parking lot

Consideration to approve a Parking MOU for Visit Tybee Info Hut – 4 month seasonal parking passes at $50 each for 4 off Island Tybee Visit staff in consideration of staffing Information
