3. Minutes for Ethics Commission meetings on Aug. 10, 2015 and Aug. 17, 2015.

5. New Business:
A. Review and discuss merits of current Ethics Complaint filed on
October 21, 2015.
B. Review and discuss Ethics Commission complaint procedure, so as to possibly add the following language to Section I, line 2. Clerk of Council: review the complaint for a signature
including name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and notarization. In the event a complaint is filed by more than one citizen there be a single contact person listed (stating
name, address, phone number and e-mail address) on the complaint. This is for any additional follow-up and or notifications from the Ethics Commission or Clerk of Council. Also Ethics
Complaint Policy to be amended under Section III to include contact information stating name, address, phone number and e-mail address (this would apply to all complaints filed with
the Clerk of Council.
