COMMITTEE MEETING – Began at 5:00 p.m.
• CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Committee members Dawn Matus, Susan
Farber, Craig Vroom, and Dallas Young were present. Also, in attendance was Delta
James, Economic Development Planner.
• MINUTES APPROVAL [ACTION ITEM]
Craig moved; Dallas seconded a motion to approve the minutes from the April 25,
2022, meeting as submitted. All members voted “aye” and the motion passed.
• PUBLIC ART PROJECTS
• “Conserving the Heart of Idaho” public art: Heart was spotted at May
Hardware!
• McCall Public Library Integrated Art project: No update since last meeting.
• Downtown mural project: Staff reported that funding is still awaiting award on
the FY22 LOT contingency list. Notification should be occur in August 2022.
• EXISTING COLLECTION MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT
• “Going to School” has been re-placed in Brown Park.
• CAPACITY & PROMOTION
• FY23 LOT application – light box wraps: Craig reported that the LOT
Commission has recommended approval for funding to City Council. City
Council will make final determination in July.
• Annual Report to City Council: Dawn stated that the report went well.
• Fundraising event: Staff reported that Amy Westover has agreed to do a
“Design and Desserts” event on October 27 followed by a Mill Whistle on
October 28. Sue inquired about private artwork donation and fundraising.

• ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
