ORDINANCE NO. 66 -198
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY EXTENDING THE TERM OF ORDINANCE
66 -188 RELATING TO A MORATORIUM ON
BUILDING AND OCCUPANCY PERMITS FOR
ANIMAL HOSPITALS AND KENNELS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION. 1. Pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code
and after a public hearing with respect thereto, Ordinance 66 -188
heretofore adopted is extended and renewed as an interim ordinance
and shall continue in effect until September 30, 1966.
SECTION 2. The Council declares that it is necessary to
adopt this ordinance as an emergency ordinance.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple. City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published in
the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 1966.

adopted by said Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk on that same date as an interim urgency ordinance,
