A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD RD. WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT, NO. 05-5300, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on May 18, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to J, A,
Salazar Construction and Supply; and
WHEREAS, the project started on September 26, 2004, and was
completed on December 10; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $603,376.72; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on January 3, 2005 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section '1. That the City Council accepts the Lynwood Rd. Water Main
Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5300, as being complete and in accordance with
contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
