AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND/OR APPROPRIATE BOROUGH
OFFICIALS TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL HEALTH
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to approve and
execute an Interlocal Health Services Contract with Middlesex County Department of
Public Safety and Health.
Adopted this 20"' day of November 2023
and certified as a true copy of the
