April 23, 2012 Meeting
Members Present: Danny Hill, Kathy Jackson, Frances Kay Strickland, and Brucie Westerman

Danny Hill called the meeting to order. Roll was taken.
Minutes:
Frances Kay Strickland motioned for the minutes of the February 27, 2012 Annual meeting be approved. Brucie Westerman seconded. Minutes were approved unanimously.
Old Business
Training for Ethics Commission:
Walt McBride, University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute, has agreed to do our Ethics Training on June 21, 2012 from 4:00 pm -7:00 pm in the City Hall Auditorium. Janice will ask Todd
and Michael to record the training session.
Approval of By-Laws Change:
By-Laws changes were advertised for the appropriate time.
Brucie Westerman made a motion to approve the By-Laws changes. Frances Kay Strickland seconded the motion. Changes were approved unanimously.
New Business:
None
Adjournment:
Kathy Jackson motioned to adjourned. Frances Kay Strickland seconded. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned.
