A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AWARDING A CONTRACT TO WEST GROUP DESIGN IN THE AMOUNT OF
$137,005 FOR THE DESIGN OF THE CITY HALL COMPLEX REHABILITATION
AND ADDITIONS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5189 AND 05-5298 FISCAL YEAR
2004-2005; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Hall Complex (City Hall, City Hall Annex and City Hall
North) Rehabilitation and Additions Project Design, Project No. 05-5189 was approved and
included in the FY 2004-2005 budget by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, West Group Design's proposal to prepare the design for the City
Hall Complex Rehabilitation and Additions Project for a fee of $137,005 was recommended
by staff: and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That a contract for the design of The City Hall Complex
Rehabilitation and Additions Project, Project No.05-5189 and 05-5298 be awarded to West
Group Design for a fee of $137,005.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
between the City of Lynwood and West Group Design.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
