AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ADDING NEW SECTION 2715.1.TO
THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. New Section 2715.1, reading as follows,
is hereby added to the Temple City Municipal Code:
Sec. 2715.1. Same. Tenure.
Every member of every commission shall
serve at the pleasure of the City Council and
may be removed at any time with or without
cause by majority vote of the City Council.
The term of all members of all commissions
is hereby set at two (2) years from date of
respective appointment thereof, anything else
in this Municipal Code to the contrary not-
withstanding; and to the extent any sections
are in conflict herewith the same are hereby
superseded.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper, printed,
published and generally circulated in this City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of June
1966.

City Counci of t e City of Temple City, held on the 8th
day of June , 1966, and was duly passed, approvd and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a
regular meeting of said Council held on the 21st day of
June , 1966, by the following vote of the Council:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
