AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
T&M ASSOCIATES / BARLIK STREET RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of professional engineering
services for field survey and design phase services for the Barlik Street
Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, T&M Associates has submitted a proposal to provide said
engineering services at a total cost not to exceed seventy five hundred ($7500.00);
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed said proposal; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be
available for said purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The proposal of T&M Associates, dated April 11, 2002, for
field survey and engineering design phase services for the Barlik
Street Reconstruction Street Project in an amount not to exceed
$7,500.00 is hereby approved.
2. Annexed hereto is a copy of said proposal.
3. The appropriate Borough officials are hereby authorized to
enter into an agreement with T&M Associates to provide the above
described services.
4. This award is made as a professional services contract.
Adopted this 18th day of April, 2002
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on April 19, 2002.
