A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE SCHOOL CROSSWALKS IMPROVEMENT IN-PAVEMENT
FLASHING LIGHTS INSTALLATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5275,
STATE PROJECT NO. 07-LA-0-LYN-SR2SL-5250 (009), AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to C. T. & F., Inc., for
the School Crosswalks Improvement In-Pavement Flashing Lights Installation Project,
Project No. 05-5275, State Project No. 07-LA-0-LYN-SR2SL-5250 (009); and
WHEREAS, the project started on October 25, 2004, and was completed
on December 9, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $314,879.51; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on January 19, 2005, and
found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accept the Seh0ol Crosswalks
Improvement In-Pavement Flashing Lights Installation Project, Project No. 05-5275,
State Project 07-LA-0-LYN-SR2SL-5250 (009), as being complete and in accordance
with contract documents.
