A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE CARLIN AVE. STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT, NO. 05-5254, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on June 1, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to
Bannaoun Engineers-Constructors; and
WHEREAS, the project started on August 17, 2004, and was completed
on November 20, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Carlin Avenue Street Improvement Project is funded by
PROP. C Funds; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $517,889.08; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on November 25, 2004
and found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications. ,:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Carlin Ave. Street
Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5254, as being complete and in accordance with
