This request is also made pursuant to the rights of the requester which are provided for in the Florida Constitution. Please provide the records in electronic form. If the records were originally created in electronic form then please provide the records in the same digital quality and original electronic form that they were created in. Do not reduce or in any way modify the copy of the original electronic record other than that required to make an exact replica. If the record was not created originally in electronic form please replicate the record electronically and provide the electronic form of the record as requested above. If any record is only available in hard copy, in all cases, unless impossible, make all responsive records two sided and billed in accordance with State Statute 119.07(4)(a)(2). All electronic copies are requested to be sent via email delivery. Electronic records too large to be emailed should be recorded on the least expensive electronic storage device available.
