A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE REHABILITATION OF WELL
NO. 9 PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5237 AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on January 20, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract of $159,141.00
to General Pump Company, Inc. for the Rehabilitation of Well No. 9 Project, Project No. 5-5237; and
2005; and
WHEREAS, the project started on May 24, 2004, and was completed on March 18,
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project on March 21, 2005, and found that all work has
been completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Rehabilitation of Well No. 9 Project,
Project No. 5-5237 as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
