ORDINANCE NO. 66 -204
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
(Roseglen Street)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to public hearing and processing in
the manner set forth by State law and City Ordinance, and
after recommendation thereon by the Planning Commission, the
property reclassification set forth in Section 2 hereof is
'made for the reasons that the same appears to be improperly
zoned based upon clerical error.
SECTION 2. The following described property is hereby
rezoned from Zone M -1 to Zone R -1:
Lots 1 through 7, Tract 24021
The following property is hereby rezoned from Zone M -2
to Zone R -1:
Lots 8 through 15, Tract 24021
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6 h day of September,
1966.

No. 60 -204 , was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the 16th
day of August , 1966, and was duly passed, approved and
adopted by said Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 6th day of September , 1966, by the following
vote-he Council:
AYES: Councilmen - Beckley, Clemson, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT:
Councilmen -None
