AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an irregular width
easement in “Coppergate Square Condominiums Subdivision”, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 240, Page
66 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the irregular width easement in
“Coppergate Square Condominiums Subdivision”, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 240, Page 66 of the
St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A”, and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated; EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the easement as recorded in Deed Book 7759, Page 1650
and the utility easement as recorded in Plat Book 166, Page 73 all of the
St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 2001 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Abstain – A. J. Soukenik
Nays – None.
