AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5’) wide
easement along the east line of Lot 42 and Lot 43, Block 6 of
“Manchester Forest Resubdivision”, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 30 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in A tract of land lying partly in Lots 42
and 43, Block 6 of Manchester Forest Resubdivision and partly in the
Southeast fractional ¼ of Section 30, Township 45 North, Range 6 East,
said tract of land also known as 1101 North Drive, St. Louis County
Locator No. 21L110729, in the City of Warson Woods, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five foot (5’) wide easement
along the east line of Lot 42 and Lot 43, Block 6 of “Manchester Forest
Resubdivision”, lying within A tract of land lying partly in Lots 42 and
43, Block 6 of Manchester Forest Resubdivision and partly in the
southeast fractional ¼ of Section 30, Township 45 North, Range 6 East is
hereby vacated; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the five foot (5’) wide
easement along the north line of the said tract of land, said tract of land
also known as 1101 North Drive, St. Louis County Locator No.
21L110729, in the City of Warson Woods, in St. Louis County, Missouri.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 2001 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W.Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A. J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
