AN ORDINANCE, vacating an existing ten foot (10’) wide
easement located in Lot 26 of Resubdivision of Ridgetop according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 24 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The existing ten foot (10’) wide easement in
said Lot 26 of Resubdivision of Ridgetop as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 2001 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W.Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A. J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
