AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20’)
wide easement located in Adjusted Parcel B of The Boundary Adjustment
Plat and recorded in Deed Books 12414, 11072, Pages 2213, 198,
respectively, of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That a portion of a twenty foot (20’) wide
easement in said Adjusted Parcel B of The Boundary Adjustment Plat
and recorded in Deed Books 12414, 11072, Pages 2213, 198,
respectively, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 2001 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W.Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A. J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
