O R D I N A N C E NO. 10972
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Board of Trustees on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Terry A. Follmer
whereby Terry A. Follmer will be employed as Internal Auditor of the District, and
specifying certain other terms and conditions for said contract.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Board of Trustees is hereby authorized on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Terry A. Follmer
whereby Terry A. Follmer will be employed as Internal Auditor of the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall commence on June 11, 2001, provide for a yearly salary of One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00), and embody such other terms and conditions as specified in
Exhibit A, as attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 4, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
