AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-982 with PMA Engineering for Hydra
Technical Assistance and Modeling Quality Control (2001047).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into Contract E-982 with PMA Engineering for
engineering services for Hydra Technical Assistance and Modeling
Quality Control (2001047); said contract to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
