AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Lumbermans
Mutual Insurance Company (Marsh USA, agent) for the District’s Primary
Property, Boiler and Machinery Insurance coverage from July 1, 2001 to
June 30, 2002.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Lumbermans Mutual Insurance Company
(Marsh USA, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s
Primary Property, Boiler and Machinery Insurance coverage from July 1,
2001 to June 30, 2002.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
