HomeMy Public PortalAbout10981O R D I N A N C E NO. 10981 AN ORDINANCE, awarding contracts to Lexington Insurance Company, Royal Indemnity, and Gulf Insurance Company (Marsh USA, agent) for the District’s Excess Flood and Earthquake Insurance coverage from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Lexington Insurance Company, Royal Indemnity Insurance Company, and Gulf Insurance (Marsh USA, agent) are hereby awarded contracts for the District’s Flood and Earthquake Insurance coverage, for cumulative flood and earthquake damage ranging from $100,000,000.00 through $200,000,000.00 from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following vote – Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, and C.D. Seward. Nays – None.
