AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Royal/Sun Alliance
for the District’s Combined Liability Program coverage from July 1, 2001
to June 30, 2002.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Royal/Sun Alliance, who submitted a quote for
the Combined Liability Program, with an annual aggregate and per
occurrence limit of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) and a One
Hundred Thousand Dollar ($100,000.00) deductible per claim, at a
premium of Three Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Seven Hundred
Forty-one Dollars ($377,741.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such insurance coverage from July 1, 2001 to
June 30, 2002.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
