AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to American Motorist
Insurance Company (Marsh USA, agent) for covering the bond for the
Secretary-Treasurer for the period July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. American Motorist Insurance Company (Marsh
USA, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the bond for the
Secretary-Treasurer from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
