AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Kemper Indemnity
Company (Marsh USA, agent) for the District’s Contractor’s Equipment
Insurance coverage from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Kemper Indemnity Company (Marsh USA,
agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Contractor’s
Equipment Insurance coverage from July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
