AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 6607, Page 943, and a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 94, of the St. Louis County Records,
being in Lot 10 of “Lackland Industrial Park,” a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 6607, Page 943, and the portion of the ten foot (10’) wide
easement as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records,
being in Lot 10 of “Lackland Industrial Park,” a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A”, and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel,
and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
