located in section 1 and part of section 2 of Lindbergh – Warson Industrial
Center, Addition No. 2 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
119, Pages 32 and 33 of the St. Louis County Records, City of Creve Coeur,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The existing ten foot (10’) wide easements in said
Deed Book 10578, Page 2114 and Deed Book 5996, Page 173, as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat” and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
