recorded in Deed Book 7950, Page 1818, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
easements located in Lot 46 of Barrington Place Plat 2, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 200, Pages 64 – 66 of the St. Louis County
Records, Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The existing ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 7950, Page 1818, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements
located in Lot 46 of Barrington Place Plat 2, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 200, Pages 64 – 66 of the St. Louis County Records,
Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
