HomeMy Public PortalAbout11000ORDINANCE NO. 11000 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement
located in the Mallinckrodt Incorporated property according to the records
thereof recorded in Deed Book 10885, Page 935 of the St. Louis County
Records, City of Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The existing ten foot (10’) wide easement in said
property above and as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat” and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
