located in Lot “A” of Villas at Worthington, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 349, Page 347 of the St. Louis County Records in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The existing ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 5812, Pages 347 and 355 and Deed Book 5805, Page 203, and
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat” and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 2001 by the following
vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W.
Siscel, and C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
