Members Absent: Dottie Kluttz. Chairman Griffin called the meeting to order at 6:oo p.m. Member Monty Parks made motion to approve minutes from February meeting, seconded by member Necca Stoller. There was a brief discussion on the presentation to City Council on the proposed New South End Historic District. There was a brief discussion on the HPC training taking place in Valdosta. Bill Garbett reminded the members that training was required by City ordinance. There was a discussion concerning the existing provision for Demolition request in our City Ordinance with emphasis on the limited time allotted to relocate a historic structure. Necca Stoller made a motion increasing time to 90 days. Recommended that Cullen review and contact Zoning Administrator Diane Otto. 2nd by Sue Bentley. All in favor.
