AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
E-983 with ILINC Engineering, Inc, for engineering services for the final design of
Fishpot Creek Sanitary Relief MDNR/SCS Participation Phase I (90022X).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-983 with ILINC Engineering, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of Fishpot Creek Sanitary Relief – MDNR/SCS Participation Phase I (90022X);
said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office
of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, and
M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
