AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement in Lots 40, 41, 42 and Common Ground of “Castle Gate Villas”,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 347,
Page 56 and 57 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Olivette,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement in
Lots 40, 41, 42 and Common Ground of “Castle Gates Villas”, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 347, Page
56 and 57 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof is hereby vacated.
Recorded in Book 13325 Pages 0028/0031.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2001 by the following
vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.

15.57' and South 6 degrees 32 minutes 51 seconds West, 5.33’, thence South 76
degrees 08 minutes 22 seconds West, 10 67‘, thence South 6 degrees 32 minutes 51
seconds West, 171 06’, thence South 83 degrees 27 minutes 09 seconds East, 10 00',
thence North 6 degrees 32 minutes 51 seconds East, 174 78' to the point of beginning
and containing 0 04 acres, more or less
