ORDINANCE NO. 11029
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide sanitary
sewer easement, in Lots 1 and 2 of Knippenberg Acres Addition as
recorded in Plat Book 244, Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records;
vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide drainage easement, in Lots 1
and 2 of Knippenberg Acres Addition as recorded in Plat Book 244, Page
10 of the St. Louis County Records; vacating a ten foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 7755, Page 2180, in Lot C of
Knippenberg Acres as recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis
County Records; vacating a five foot (5') wide easement along the south
line of Lot A, and a five foot (5') wide easement along the north line of Lot
B of Knippenberg Acres, as recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St.
Louis County Records; vacating a fifteen foot (15') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 8082, Page 2409 in Adjusted Lot C of "Lot C of
Knippenberg Acres and Lot 1 of Knippenberg Acres Addition" as recorded
in Plat Book 249, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records; vacating a ten
foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 8446, Page 945 in Lot A
of Knippenberg Acres as recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St.
Louis County Records; vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 846, Page 954 in Adjusted Lot C of "Lot C of Knippenberg
Acres and Lot 1 of Knippenberg Acres Addition" as recorded in Plat Book
249, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records; vacating a fifteen foot (15')
wide drainage easement in Lot A of Knippenberg Acres as recorded in
Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records, all of the
foregoing lots are now known as Christopher Glen, recorded in Plat Book
348, Pages 19 and 20 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of subject easements and this District has
no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER
DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide sanitary sewer
easement, in Lots 1 and 2 of Knippenbeg Acres Addition as recorded in
Plat Book 244, Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records; the portion of
the ten foot (10') wide drainage easement, in Lots 1 and 2 of Knippenberg
Acres Addition as recorded in Plat Book 244, Page 10 of the St. Louis
County Records; the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
7755, Page 2180, in Lot C of Knippenberg Acres as recorded in Plat Book
231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records; the five foot (5') wide
easement along the south line of Lot A, and the five foot (5') wide
easement along the north line of Lot B of Knippenberg Acres, as recorded
in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records; the fifteen
foot (15') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 8082, Page 2409 in
Adjusted Lot C of "Lot C of Knippenberg Acres and Lot 1 of Knippenberg
Recorded Book 13294 Pages 0355/0360
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2001 by the following vote-
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.

County Records; the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
8446, Page 945 in Lot A of Knippenberg Acres as recorded in Plat Book
231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records; the ten foot (10') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 8446, Page 954 in Adjusted Lot C of
"Lot C of Knippenberg Acres and Lot 1 of Knippenberg Acres Addition" as
recorded in Plat Book 249, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records; the
fifteen foot (15') wide drainage easement in Lot A of Knippenberg Acres as
recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records, all
as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the easements established by the plat of
"Christopher Glen", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 348, Pages 19
and 20 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
