HomeMy Public PortalAbout11030ORDINANCE NO. 11030 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in portions of forty foot (40’) wide street rights-of-way in Oak Ridge Park, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3 Page 42 of the St. Louis County Records, and in a portion of former Missouri Interstate Highway 44 rights-of-way, all in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this District vacate any right, title or interest it may have in the subject portions of street rights-of-way, and this District has no further use for said portions of street rights-of-way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any right, title or interest it may have in the portions of forty foot (40’) street right-of-way of Attucks, Sessions, Calvert, Saratoga, Newland, and Spellman Avenues as shown hachured on the attached “Vacation Plat” and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, in Oak Ridge Park, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3 Page 42 of the St. Louis County Records, and in a portion of former Missouri Interstate Highway 44 right- of-way, all in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. Recorded in Book 13520 Pages 2054/2057. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2001 by the following vote- Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
