AN ORDINANCE, vacating ten foot (10’) wide sewer easement
recorded in Deed Book 5951, Page 251 of the St. Louis County Records,
in Lots 37 and 38 in Block 4 of Oak Ridge Park, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 42 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that
this District vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 5951, Page 251 shown hachured on the attached easement
vacation plat marked Exhibit “A”, and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated. Notwithstanding said vacation, the original ten foot (10’) wide
easement was shown in Deed Book 5951, Page 251 in Lot 38 and to the
east in an adjacent lot, said adjacent lot being Lot 37 and erroneously
labeled as a duplicate Lot 39.
Recorded in Book 13520 Pages 2058/2061.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – None.
