AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with R & R Finish Grading, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Platte Drive Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 2000074, in The City of Green
Park, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with R & R Finish Grading, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Platte Drive Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 2000074, in The City of
Green Park, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th day of
July, 2001.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
