AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title, or interest of the District in
the alley right-of-way vacated by City of St. Louis Ordinance 52049, June 20,
1963, in City Block 1949 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, to wit: Vacated
fifteen foot (15’) wide alley from the western property line of Ewing Avenue (60’
wide) westwardly for 168.88 and 168.89 feet.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate
any rights, title, or interest that the District may have in the subject vacated
alley right-of-way, and this District has no further use for said vacated alley
right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates
any rights, title, or interest that it may have in the alley right-of-way as shown
cross hachured on the Vacation Plat marked Exhibit “A” as attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 29, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A. J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
