AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement in part of Lot 39 of East Kirkwood, a subdivision in the City of
Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri, and easement recorded in Deed Book
264, Page 123 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement in said
Lot 39 of East Kirkwood Subdivision, as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat,” and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 29, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A. J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel,
and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
