AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with R & R Finish Grading, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Willow Hill Road – McKnight Road Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 2000032,
in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with R & R Finish Grading, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Willow Hill Road – McKnight Road Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair)
2000032, in the City of Ladue, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 12th day of July, 2001.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, M.C. Williams,
and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
