AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Dirtbusters, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Stimson
Drive Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 2001040, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Dirtbusters, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Stimson Drive Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 2001040, in St. Louis County,
Missouri pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of July, 2001.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 2001 by the following vote – Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
