AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to ratify a
contract with William Byrne & Associates, Inc. whereby William Byrne &
Associates, Inc. will continue to provide professional Information Systems
support services for the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
ratify a contract with William Byrne & Associates, Inc. whereby William Byrne
& Associates, Inc. will continue to provide professional Information Systems
support services for the District.
Section Two. The contract ratification authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Five Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($550,000.00) and shall be comprised of such other terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, C.D. Seward, A. J. Soukenik, M.C. Williams, and J.W.
Siscel.
Nays – M.G. Reichert
Secretary-Treasurer
