AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two
Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Dollars ($248,000.00) from the General Fund of
the District, for additional costs for software and support services to replace the
Districts mainframe financial and payroll systems.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10807, as adopted August 10, 2000,
appropriated the initial funding, and authorized a contract with American
Management Systems, Inc. for the aforesaid software and support services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Dollars
($248,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for
additional costs for software and support services to replace the Districts
mainframe financial and payroll systems.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, M.C. Williams,
and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
