AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Ninety-one
Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-six Dollars ($291,886.00) from the
Improvement Fund for final settlement of the Grant Agreement with the United
States Environmental Protection Agency for the construction of Lemay
Secondary Treatment Facilities.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Ninety-one Thousand Eight
Hundred Eighty-six Dollars ($291,886.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Improvement Fund for final settlement of the Grant Agreement with the United
States Environmental Protection Agency for the construction of the Lemay
Secondary Treatment Facilities.
Section Two. This ordinance being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, M.C. Williams,
and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
