AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Price Waterhouse/Coopers, LLC and Randle and Associates, LLC,
whereby Price Waterhouse/Coopers, LLC and Randle and Associates, LLC will
perform a district-wide risk assessment and develop an audit plan.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Price Waterhouse/Coopers, LLC and Randle and
Associates, LLC, whereby Price Waterhouse/Coopers, LLC and Randle and
Associates, LLC will perform a district-wide risk assessment and develop an
audit plan.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 2001 by the following vote
Ayes- M.G. Reichert, C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, M.D. Williams, and J.W.
Siscel.
Abstain – T.W. Purcell.
Nays – None.
