AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixteen Thousand
Dollars ($116,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for the final
design of Coldwater Creek Bank Stabilization – Wright to Geraldine (CLD-11)
(2001093); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-996
with Zambrana Engineering, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($116,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services
for the final design of Coldwater Creek Bank Stabilization – Wright to Geraldine
(CLD-11) (2001093).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into Contract E-996 with Zambrana Engineering, Inc. for engineering
services for the final design of Coldwater Creek Bank Stabilization – Wright to
Geraldine (CLD-11) (2001093); said contract to be comprised of such terms

and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
