AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-1004 with Capitol Title Company, Inc. for professional property title
services (2002030).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1004 with Capitol Title Company, Inc. for professional property
title services (2002030); said contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed Twenty-
five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 2001by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, A.J. Soukenik, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
